Grunt School Day 2

Mechanics:

    * kettlebell swing
    * knees-to-chest / knees-to-elbows
    * jumping pullups

Grunt School WOD

    3 rounds for time,

    * 200 m run
    * 15 kb swings
    * 10 knees-to-chelbows
