Row 500 meters
25 Turkish Get-ups with a 60-pound dumbbell

Post rounds and fractions of rounds completed to comments.

We don't recommend wheat products for a lot of reasons but we are practical...look for high protein, high fiber, whole grain.  One of my favorites is the Men's' and Women's Breads sold at Sprouts.
