How many carbohydrates (sugars or glucose) are in a 10 oz bottle of 100% Welch's grape juice? 50 grams!!!
How many carbohydrates (sugars or glucose) are in an entire cup of grapes? About 16 grams in an American grape and approximately 25 grams in some European varieties!
There is more sugar in the Welch's than in a can of regular Coke. Are the vitamins good for you? Yes. But the glucose spike from just 10 oz's of virtually any juice along with your meal will likely cause you to store fat at that meal.
Lesson learned: Eat fruit not juice, you get all the healthy vitamins plus the fiber without all the sugar that is harmful and damaging to your body.
